Goal 160lbs minimum
In the name of Jesus I pray I will be consistent and improve healthier eating habits.

- Iβm so excited with my after pics for the LYC. It was my first challenge, and though I still have lots of work to do, I feel I accomplished a lot in just 6 weeks! Also, nothing was better than hearing my kids say they were proud of me for the work Iβve put in. Thank you to all you Queens and Queen coaches for helping me get healthier and have a successful challenge! β€οΈπͺπ»

does anyone have advice of what workout equipment to purchase or is there a list somewhere? i have been doing the beginner workouts and want to move to the intermediate ones i watched a few secs of one and realized they are using different kinds of equipment and want to make sure im prepared before going into the class
