I know it’s not a lot but with me correcting my eating habits for a month now and with me starting QW I am down 3lbs!!!

I’ve tried so many other workouts and different diets! I finally found the perfect match!! This is the first time in YEARS I actually feel good and happy that I found that actually is working for me!

Good morning everyone!!

I’m new here and I’m ready to get started! I am a mom of 4 and I’m trying to get rid of this baby weight! I’m at my heaviest and I’m ready for a change! Evolving into the woman I can be for my husband, kids and most importantly myself! 💞
