Hey there fellow queens my name is Tristina I have been a queen warrior for a while but really stopped working out in August when I thought I pulled something in my chest doing one of yvonna barre work outs only to find out I have stage 4 metastatic breast cancer I know the community has some serious prayer warriors so I am asking for any extra prayers to be put up for me. I am about 6 weeks into my treatment and at the start of the new year I started doing low impact workouts and some of the stretch classes again and I feel so good thank you queen warriors for helping to keep me sane β€οΈ
I didn't think I was going to make it today! My legs are still killing me from Monday's workout, but I did that. Getting back to my regular program 3 to 4 days a week. πͺπ½π₯΅ππ½

Lately I've been feeling like a sad girl lol It's like my heart is just broken and sad but my brain knows I need to put it in a The highest gear and just take off! None of my girl friends are availible and it just makes me feel even more freaking lonely. I honestly just want to connect with another human. I didnβt think it was going to happen. The boys were having a day. Workinβ out with them awake was a no, nap time lasted 10 minutes and Bedtime took 4 hours. Had to check my patience a few times but we got through it and I worked out with Fabi \my first intermediate class! Let me tell you, I was reborn! Haha\ and Jamila. Got a full hour inβ¦ at midnight π₯΅

I donβt post much but new year and need to get me together so i Workout this morning, fix a protein smoothie and tea all before work yay lol . I didnt feel like working out at all but i did and now i feel energized awake and definitely ready to start my day . Itβs just getting up and doing it for me , i just want it to disappear lol .
The app on my TV doesn't display the most up to date replays but the phone app does...very weird.
