You can have 6 weeks worth a beatiful transformation leading you close to summer โฆ.. or have 6 weeks of the same habits, same routine that you have, very little results !!!!

Hi Queens. I need some help. Per my surgeon's instructions I can no longer do HIIT workouts. I've been a QW since the very beginning but don't know if I can continue. Any suggestions?

Did anyone that recently signed up get the custom meal plan that we were supposed to get if we signed up before 2/23?
Am I the only one who misses when challenges were free for existing members. Like the AHW challenge? Itโs been nothing but LYC challenges for the past year that you gotta pay for to join either $19 or $49 for the same format of 6 weeks of working out and coaching with a meal plan that is repurposed each time more than likely. Just seems like a money grab and thatโs wack.

On a positive note, I am starting to feel a betteer so, I might get in a 30 min workout and a stretch today. I've been wanting to workout so bad, but I had to listen to my body.

Hi Queens!
I did a 5 day work out streak this week! I started on Sunday. Some days I didnโt want to workout like today or I wanted to give up 1/2 way but I kept going and if I can do it so can you Queens. Since last week I lost 4lbs, I gained about 8lbs when my friends came to town we were on an all you can eat challenge lol. Iโll try not to do that to my body again.
Last week, when I saw cellulite all over my body in areas I hadnโt seen before I was determined to do something about it. I have been overloading on sugar and maybe thatโs why it got to this point, gained weight and didnโt workout. I know cellulite, wrinkles, stretch marks are a part of gaining and losing weight but I hope with this latest challenge I can do something about it.
Regardless, I will wear sexy outfits this Spring and Summer because beauty is an attitude and weโre all beautiful Queens. โค๏ธ
