Hey ladies. Question, what happened to the live streams? Why on some days there is only one live session and it is with Fabi in the evenings? I really liked the multiple 30 min sessions with different coaches because you can pick and choose the workout style that best fits you. I also prefer live workouts because I really feel like I’m a part of a community working out with the other Queen Warriors. I hope Fabi and the other executives hear our voices and concerns to help improve the QW experience.

Cottage Cheese & Cinnamon Pancakes!! Came out pretty good I must say. I don’t eat eggs at all unless they are cooked or baked in something so great way to get my protein. Added a lil maple syrup and some nuts and bananas along with my mushroom coffee and honey I’m so full ate a lil over half my plate. I’m on W2 D2 took a day off yesterday so will be working out the rest of the week except Sunday I try to get extra days in. Normally don’t skip days and just knock them out but I was so tired yesterday. But let’s keep this up queens we can do this❤️

Hi queens,

I just did Coach Yvonas last 2 workouts yesterday and today. The grace, the love, the strength, the motivation that seeps through her workout, her words is of a true Queen empowering other queens. Thank you for reminding us that we can push ourselves beyond our own strengths! You always bring it you are missed! Queen killing it coach Yvona and much blessings in your new endeavors.

I started QW and all I did was beginners fast forward about 2 yrs in I only challenge myself and that is because of the mindset I have learned with these Queens. I was in a bad car accident 2 yrs ago that affected my back and neck, and what I am able to do today is mind boggling with gods grace and the talented coaches I move like I am 30! And I’m 48 lol

Tip 😊tap into the yoga and stretch workouts ladies, booty camp, and barre. You will see the difference when you’re in the regular classes. Believe me, I’ve grown stronger conditioning 💪🏽 thank you Fabiana for this community 🙏🏼

I completed Week 2 Day 2 and 2 miles on the treadmill. Kept the treadmill under 40 minutes as to not stress the joints out too much 💪

Food logged and meals prepped so everything today ran smooth and… honestly… perfectly!f

I was out for spring break for a whole week and I couldn’t begin on the 10th so I was supposed to begin on on the 17th of this month however I just got back from out vacation. I did the full body workout and the HIIT booty blaster today to make up for yesterdays workout and let me just say, I loveeeddd it!!!! Best workouts I’ve ever done in my life. ♥️ I am ready to transform not only physically but also mentally!!!
