Hey Queens! I didn’t make the live this morning and I’m trying to do the replay but it’s not working. Says it’s unavailable. Anyone else had the same issue?

So proud of myself. I wasn’t able to make the morning class for Friday but caught the replay & it felt so good to actually stay consistent. Amazing class as always! Thank you again Fabi!

I’ve stopped snacking completely at night. I’ve been hooked on Greek yogurt and cottage cheese. I know I lack alot on my protein intake so I’m trying to get better at it. I do eat home cooked meals Mon-Fri & weekends eat out. I’m trying to also work on my water intake & getting better sleep. Ima night owl and always been the type to go to bed late & I know it’s the reason why my weight has been so stagnant. It’s a really hard habit to break because that is the only alone time I get from everyone lol but I know I gotta do better. One day at a time

Hey! So I recently had a hysterectomy done (4 months ago now) fully recovered and completely cleared to continue regular activities and exercise. I do have a gym membership but I need guidance on how to incorporate the Queen Warrior workouts as well. Any suggestions? Your girl needs a day by day break down to follow lol Thank you in advance ❤️

I just signed up with Queen Warriors but I also have a gym membership. Trying to figure out how to incorporate the summer shred program with my gym days. Help please! I’m currently 3 months post op and really trying to lock in.
