Hey! So I recently had a hysterectomy done (4 months ago now) fully recovered and completely cleared to continue regular activities and exercise. I do have a gym membership but I need guidance on how to incorporate the Queen Warrior workouts as well. Any suggestions? Your girl needs a day by day break down to follow lol Thank you in advance ❤️
