I’ve stopped snacking completely at night. I’ve been hooked on Greek yogurt and cottage cheese. I know I lack alot on my protein intake so I’m trying to get better at it. I do eat home cooked meals Mon-Fri & weekends eat out. I’m trying to also work on my water intake & getting better sleep. Ima night owl and always been the type to go to bed late & I know it’s the reason why my weight has been so stagnant. It’s a really hard habit to break because that is the only alone time I get from everyone lol but I know I gotta do better. One day at a time
