Hello, I had some of your old workouts from 2022 saved as my favourites but they have all disappeared now. Is there a way to get them back please. I have continued my subscription because of them. I tried using the calendar to obtain them again, however get an error message that these videos cannot be played. Please help me. Thank you

Hi Queens!

I did a 5 day work out streak this week! I started on Sunday. Some days I didn’t want to workout like today or I wanted to give up 1/2 way but I kept going and if I can do it so can you Queens. Since last week I lost 4lbs, I gained about 8lbs when my friends came to town we were on an all you can eat challenge lol. I’ll try not to do that to my body again.

Last week, when I saw cellulite all over my body in areas I hadn’t seen before I was determined to do something about it. I have been overloading on sugar and maybe that’s why it got to this point, gained weight and didn’t workout. I know cellulite, wrinkles, stretch marks are a part of gaining and losing weight but I hope with this latest challenge I can do something about it.

Regardless, I will wear sexy outfits this Spring and Summer because beauty is an attitude and we’re all beautiful Queens. ❀️

If I wake up for the live I’ll do this Kettlebell with Coach Chasity! πŸ’ž

I just did Fabiana’s live and feel amazing!! 2 day streak and I already feel better after eating and drinking everything while my best friends were in town.

1st picture today after Fabiana’s live and yesterday’s replay of a 30min yoga with Amiee.

2nd picture this past Thursday, feeling everything I ate and drank for a week and not liking how I looked or felt.

I hope you Queens are having a fabulous week so far. My week has been rough. On Monday my cat died and I am so heartbroken πŸ’”πŸ˜“

Now I'm sick and running a slight fever. So I'm just taking it easy and focusing on my eating habits, drinking plenty of water, and resting as much as possible. I can't wait to get back to business! Enjoy the rest of the week. 🫢🏽

On a positive note, I am starting to feel a betteer so, I might get in a 30 min workout and a stretch today. I've been wanting to workout so bad, but I had to listen to my body.

Heyyyy Quuens!!! βœ¨οΈπŸ‘‘ I hope everyone is off to a beautiful start to their week. It's not even 11am here in Cali and I've crushed my goals for today.πŸ”₯ I achieved this by doing Fab 10 min Booty Blaster this morning. Took my dog for a 1 mile walk and then came home and walked on a treadmill while I worked. I purchased a $100 treadmill off Amazon and she works great. Got me a little work desk and got a whole work vibe going. I'm trying to make it impossible for me to make excuses. I work 2 jobs most days (70-80 hours a week) so it's easy for me to be like "I'm tired" or "I don't have time" but I realized that mindset won't get me the results I'm looking for. You've just got to figure out what works for you. Get it in when you can. My walk with my dog literally took me 15-20 minutes. Find your groove cause once you catch that vibe, the motivation, the adrenaline and the results you'll start to see will be what keeps you going!!
