Hi Queens,

Im a healthy 36 year old with no health issues, eat and drink well, not stressed etc...

I checked my period tracker app and I've come to realise I have had 15 periods this year each one lasting 9 days average with a shorter cycle (23-24 days).

I have made an appointment with my doctor but I was just curious to know if anyone else has the same experience, and if the doctors are going to say its down to my training.

Any advise or experience is welcomed ❤️

Hi Jamila, love the core Workouts!! I have a question...I have had 2 c sections, is there any specific exercises I can do to help with lifting it or what exercises should i avoid, and how often a week should i do them? Xx

Hi how many calories is recommended to maintain ideal weight and just continue to build muscle? I feel like I'm happy with my size now and don't want to ruin it by not eating enough or too much x
