Started this new job and kinda fell off for a week. I need to get back in 😫. I use to be stay-at-home-mom for years. Recently started to wake up 4:30am for training. But now back to 9am - 5pm. With 2 small kids. How do you prioritize after a tiring day of work? I need some motivation queens. (I’m still conscious about eating healthy even tho I fell off.)
