Im also back to work after being a a SAHM. the first week was rough and i didnt get all my workouts in. But i gave myself grace, as i needed to figure out my routine and plan for the day and week and what workouts i could manage on what days, depending on my childrens routines too. Evenings seem to work better for me

Hi Jamila, love the core Workouts!! I have a question...I have had 2 c sections, is there any specific exercises I can do to help with lifting it or what exercises should i avoid, and how often a week should i do them? Xx
