I would try what the other two Queens suggested. But also, know that youâre not alone. Especially if youâve only recently started working out consistently or if youâve elevated your workouts ..for example: kicked your workouts up from beginner to intermediate & so on. When I first started I thought that the soreness would never go I away. lol. But also know that itâs important to take your time, listen to your body. Drinking my gallon of Water & stretching definitely was a game changer. And even though I work out consistently now I still get sore sometimes. Soreness is normal. But in the beginning it may seem like youâre going to fall apart. lol
