I would try what the other two Queens suggested. But also, know that you’re not alone. Especially if you’ve only recently started working out consistently or if you’ve elevated your workouts ..for example: kicked your workouts up from beginner to intermediate & so on. When I first started I thought that the soreness would never go I away. lol. But also know that it’s important to take your time, listen to your body. Drinking my gallon of Water & stretching definitely was a game changer. And even though I work out consistently now I still get sore sometimes. Soreness is normal. But in the beginning it may seem like you’re going to fall apart. lol

But the biggest help for me is having my cup.

That’s looks yummy! For meeting water goals it REALLY helps me to have a designated container. Ex: I have a Owala cup that holds 24oz (it’s just another cup similar to the Stanley). I carry it with me all over the house and sip from it. I also have a gallon that I pour from into my cup to make sure I’m keeping up. Alsooo..anytime I think about wanting a cookie or some chips ..I take a sip. lol

You’re so welcome! Let me know how you like it please?

It’s supposed to be a micellar rinse for the purpose of freshening your scalp after a workout / sweating.

I don’t get braids too often so I haven’t tried this yet but this company called Sunday II Sunday has a root refresh spray that I’ve heard is great. It may be at Target but I know Sephora & Ulta carries it.

I hit the replay. Omggg not this workout having me wanting to cry! đŸ˜©lol
