It’s supposed to be a micellar rinse for the purpose of freshening your scalp after a workout / sweating.

I don’t get braids too often so I haven’t tried this yet but this company called Sunday II Sunday has a root refresh spray that I’ve heard is great. It may be at Target but I know Sephora & Ulta carries it.

Yes! This stretch was everything! My siblings and I did this 4.5 hour zip line course yesterday and I worked out the day before that … Everywhere on my body was tight! I immediately felt the difference when my spine felt looser ! Thank you! 💙💙
