Whew! I’m feeling great. I needed a reset on being able to control the foods I was eating and this challenge is doing it for me! 🔥🤸🏽♀️🫶🏼 Although, I will say..meal prep is my ultimate enemy! I can’t stand doing it! 😩 lol Ive found a good hack for if I don’t feel like meal prepping or don’t have time is to get food items that can make a good quick meal. Things like bell peppers, tuna, salmon, fresh spinach, cherry tomatoes, sweet potatoes. And hallelujah for the air fryer!
