If you’re needing motivation ..get on this app or just watch a live. Listen to the affirmations. Try diff coaches out - they each have something unique and special to offer. That’s a GREAT question because I was wondering that too. I’ve continued the same membership since I started but then I noticed I no longer had access to the 10 min booty & abs workouts. I think they are now apart of a “premium” subscription ? At least..it says premium when I go to it on the app. Maybe someone else can clarify? Fabiana

Whew! I’m feeling great. I needed a reset on being able to control the foods I was eating and this challenge is doing it for me! 🔥🤸🏽‍♀️🫶🏼 Although, I will say..meal prep is my ultimate enemy! I can’t stand doing it! 😩 lol Ive found a good hack for if I don’t feel like meal prepping or don’t have time is to get food items that can make a good quick meal. Things like bell peppers, tuna, salmon, fresh spinach, cherry tomatoes, sweet potatoes. And hallelujah for the air fryer!
