Thanks for writing all this. We all need to hear this because we all have ups and downs. I am glad you survived Beryl that’s the most part everything else can wait. I felt that way last week while I had covid and couldn’t do anything but lay in bed but like you said we just have to pick ourselves up over and over and keep going. We came this far 👸🏻 and for you to lose 18lbs that’s amazing and a HUGE accomplishment be so proud! Congratulations and God bless you on your journey can’t wait to see your after pictures. 💕☺️

Happy weekend ladies!
Today, I purchased the nutrition program on Queen Warriors so excited about it. As a Latina, I only learned about nutrition from magazines in my teens and through the years reading articles and books 📚 now I have the opportunity to learn more from a professional! Am sure it will be another life changing moment thanks QWTV 🙌🏼♥️
