Morning Queens 😊

I wanted to have bread this morning, so happy to eat carbs 🥰 this morning’s breakfast chopped grape tomatoes 🍅 with feta cheese on a baguette 🥖 🔥.

Have a nice day 💕💫.

Hi Queens! Hope you’re all well?

I hadn’t worked out in 2 days and didn’t want to workout today but thought if I skipped one more day it would get harder to get back, so I did it!!! The message Fabiana has at the end was on point 🙌🏼💞.

Wishing you all happy workouts! We got this ladies, 30 minutes is better than 0 minutes 😊.

Thank you Queen! You and Yvona are my hardest workouts but with time am doing them💪🏼. 🥵

A little background on me, am in my 50s 🥰in my 30s I was in a major car accident my SUV flipped over a bunch of times, back to front landing on its wheels, all in a block and 4 lanes length. I fractured 2 vertebrae cervical and lumber and a knee my recovery took forever and every since I work out at my own pace because am scared of re-injury. But thanks to your program I finally have a workout that works for me!! 🙌🏼❤️ thank you Queen!!
