Wow Queen, you’re a strong Mom 💪🏽 ❤️. Car problems and handling them on our own without a man, that’s strength Queen! Hope you’re back is okay, ice or heat it and take it easy so you can keep up with your workout schedule, so inspired by your dedication to this challenge!!

I had to replace my catalytic converter, a tire and a rim and that was overwhelming without kids! You go Queen!! Things can only get better and now you have neighbors who want to help you!! ❤️☮️💐

Hi Queens.

Hope you’re all okay. I know the news of Coach Raven leaving us is very sad. I guess she has to move on the the next chapter of her wonderful life, we were blessed to have been part of this one. Her energy made working out easy and fun. I hope we all take a little bit of that energy with us as we continue on our own amazing path to the next chapter of our lives.

We have Fabiana, Jennifer and so many amazing coaches here I know we will be ok. I follow Coach Raven and Coach Yvona on Instagram to stay connected 💞💞.

Today, a Queen 👑 posted asking what books are we reading, I shared one, then I went on YouTube and found the whole book on audio!

💞💡 I had an idea! Maybe this book/audio can help those who are sad about Coach Raven stay positive and bring a little joy and an abundance of blessings!!

That’s what the book is about the blessings already in our lives and how to receive them.

Am constantly reading this and it’s great! You repeat these 10 specific affirmations daily for 40 days but when you skip a day you start over. Reason am always reading it. It’s about manifesting and it works for me. 😊
