Joining this challenge made me become consistent. I think 🤔 I joined in 2020 and had only tried a few workouts throughout the years maybe did a few lives. This challenge changed everything, I kept hearing Fabiana’s voice, she’s said something about showing up for yourself, because no one can show up for you and do it for you.
