Yes!! Jump back in 👑 I started with stretching 🙆🏽‍♀️ and that pushed me along! I ate fast food for about 2 weeks had it 3 times, my body felt the difference so did the scale so am back to eating clean. We can always have a cheat meal 😊👑!

Hi. I can only stream on one service at a time if I want to comment has to be on my cell phone if I do it through my TV I have to log off the TV to comment. Try logging off from all formats and start over.

Hi hope you were able to figure out the app. The live classes are on eastern time, pacific time is also listed to make it easy. 9AM eastern means 6AM for me.

I was committed during the challenges than I got covid! Now I have to start all over again so am there with you 😊we can do this!
