Thank you Queen! Love that try both of your suggestions!

Thank you Queen great ideas!! 💕🙌🏼

I forgot I had covid and then my brother in law passed away. Part of July wasn’t a good month for me, I knew I had good excuses lol.

Thank you 👑! It was!! 😊

Oh no, sorry to hear! I got it September 2022 & July 2024 had a bad case kept me home over a week and took me out of working out and eating healthy just threw me off completely until now am feeling back to normal.

Drink a ton of water, hot teas, hot soups and full bed rest until you’re better for headaches i took Tylenol and for body aches ice or heat and vitamins C, D & Zinc helped me.

🙌🏼💫🤍 get well soon.

Christine ♥️♥️

I haven’t used it yet but tomorrow I start my own challenge and will start. It’s only goes up to 3.0 it a walking pad.

Sorry to hear about your sciatica. I am a massage therapist and work on the whole body to help my clients relief their sciatic nerve pain. It’s amazing what massage therapy can do.

You can try to focus on the actual spot at home. I would recommend getting a tennis 🎾 ball standing with your back against a wall, find the spot that hurts (usually mid area of your buttocks) when you find it, slowly lean into the spot/ball/wall, hold it, breathe…inhale/exhale, then slowly take the pressure off the spot/ball/wall.. and repeat. It’s a form of pressure point that helps relief the tight muscle.

You can also try the ball on the bottom of your feet, same slow and gentle process when you find a pressure point on your feet 🦶 oh and check your shoes, are they even or are you placing more weight on one making it wear out faster and throwing you off balance. The way walk, sit, stand, if you pay attention and make a few adjustments that may help too! 💕

I was thinking of doing it! I’ll try it next workout thanks!
