Just checked out Empower Her. I love the descriptions included for the warm-up, exercise type and duration.

I wish I could workout all day to do the lives plus the replays from our current coaches and now these. I love the variety, no excuses with so many options! I haven’t worked out all week but maybe today I’ll give one of these a try. Thank you! 🏋️‍♀️👑
