Good morning Queens. Update on what little changes can do, I am down 3lbs! I gave into snacks last night but did rice cakes with peanut butter and drizzled honey. I slept so good, also taking Calm Calcium nightly as a hot tea ๐Ÿซ–.

Breakfast and lunch and will have more soup for my very late dinner. I havenโ€™t had chocolate ๐Ÿซ or chips for snacks in 2 days!

Thank you Queens!

Today I ate the bread from my shopping cart items. An egg sandwich for breakfast, I have a love hate relationship with eggs but they do the job! Then a quick soup from items I found in my fridge. Tomorrow Iโ€™ll do a salad and fruit day.
