I made it to 9 daily days of 30 min workouts and then during Mother’s Day weekend my body said nooooooo. I did notice a change in my body, I look healthier too. I worked out Monday did a 60 with Coach Amiee, yesterday, I was at the Disney Parks and got my steps in.
Today, am doing a workout as soon as I get home from work!! Sometimes I can’t wait for the live I need to do it as soon as possible to get it done but hope to see you all on a live sometime soon!!
