Hi Queens!

I have lost 6lbs of the 9ish gained while my friends were in town! I did by eating better but still having my sweets here and there just in moderation and working out 5 days this week!! Drinking lots of water and trying to stick to an eating schedule of 12pm-9pm.

It’s hard work but I feel so much better! Thank you QWtv and Queens 👑🙌🏼💞☀️ you make all the difference.
