Looking back on the picture from my shopping cart I have not touched an apple, pear, blueberries, sweet potato or tomatoes. This week I will try to eat those foods.
My breakfast today was a protein smoothie and lunch quinoa with zucchini and plant based chipotle sauce. For dinner maybe sweet potatoes with black beens and feta cheese and some fruit.
Since this post I am still 3lbs down. Haven’t worked out because I want to do the live workouts but I usually get a work call around that time so I need to plan my early morning workouts even though I love the lives.

Great idea, thank you Queen. I tried waking up at 6:30am today to start a new habit of working out early and getting my day going but hit snooze until 9:30am. Will try again tomorrow with some yoga! 🧘🏽♀️
