You’re still young Queen!! I wish I was 39 lol, am 52 and with QW and all the Queens encouraging me with their before and after pictures really helped me, get back to a version of me I recognized. It took commitment, showing up 4-5 times a week and making the right food choice plus joining the Spring, Summer & Fall challenge and now I need to continue it’s not a diet, it has to be a lifestyle and some of us need more help but don’t give into the age thing. Hi Queen, they do on Friday mornings. I guess we weren’t showing up for live classes. Imagine teaching a live and no one shows up 😞😞. The replays are still great and they have a weekly schedule of the 2 live classes of the day.
