Hi Queens!
I did a 5 day work out streak this week! I started on Sunday. Some days I didn’t want to workout like today or I wanted to give up 1/2 way but I kept going and if I can do it so can you Queens. Since last week I lost 4lbs, I gained about 8lbs when my friends came to town we were on an all you can eat challenge lol. I’ll try not to do that to my body again.
Last week, when I saw cellulite all over my body in areas I hadn’t seen before I was determined to do something about it. I have been overloading on sugar and maybe that’s why it got to this point, gained weight and didn’t workout. I know cellulite, wrinkles, stretch marks are a part of gaining and losing weight but I hope with this latest challenge I can do something about it.
Regardless, I will wear sexy outfits this Spring and Summer because beauty is an attitude and we’re all beautiful Queens. ❤️
If I wake up for the live I’ll do this Kettlebell with Coach Chasity! 💞
