A little background on me, am in my 50s 🥰in my 30s I was in a major car accident my SUV flipped over a bunch of times, back to front landing on its wheels, all in a block and 4 lanes length. I fractured 2 vertebrae cervical and lumber and a knee my recovery took forever and every since I work out at my own pace because am scared of re-injury. But thanks to your program I finally have a workout that works for me!! 🙌🏼❤️ thank you Queen!!
