Happy Monday Queens !!!!!!

I had quite a busy weekend, to be honest I didn’t have a chance to workout since I left Saturday and came right back Sunday morning . But when I am unable to workout, I balance my calories with making sure I eating as clean as possible …. And omg can be hard lol. I visited family up north and ya know our food up there is sooo much better !!! Anyway while everyone had burgers, fries, I had a Greek salad with chicken breast and I felt so proud and so good . lol ( thats my weekend highlight ) I focused on eating protein , and reducing anything cheesy or saucy things

Anyway, today is Monday !! Tonight we are GOING IN !!!! Be sure you join me live for our 7:30 pm ET workout .
