The one am doing is just choosing a 30 minutes a day for the month of May. I copied Coach Chasity on that, she mentioned it during her May 1st class.. maybe. So far, it’s challenging but doable! 👑❤️

I know the pain of losing a parent and it’s unimaginable. During my loss of my Dad, 9 years ago May 3, I gained weight, but then I had to help my Mom pick herself up from her sorrow too. I turned to hiking and reading articles about the loss of a parent and that helped. There’s also a book I read ages ago during another loss that helped me called, “Embraced By The Light”, highly recommend it.

Does that mean I can not forward to the actual start of the video? Some videos start 3 minutes into the intro.. please see attached. Sometimes I would fast forward through some talking, when my time is limited and I just really need to get that workout done I have to fast forward.
