Hi. Glad youāre recovering Queen, God Bless You! When my Mom had 2 strokes I wrote her a note on a chalkboard frame that read: my body is strong and I heal daily. She made a full recovery, visualize yourself back to normal. Have patience with your recovery ā¤ļøāš©¹.
Pilates or yoga are great core exercises, do them at your own pace and only do what feels comfortable. I would also recommend a thick mat for extra comfort.
