Good morning Queens!
I'm sipping on my tea tryna make my fitness goals for the month. I plan on doing the new on demand videos with Sammi. I've been focusing on better eating habits since the challenge and haven't been working out much. All I want is to get under 200 lbs by the end of the year😅

My advice would be don't beat yourself up about it and maybe change your goals to be more health focused instead of physical. Like to workout 3x a week or set a bedtime so that you can cut out the late night snacks🤔 That way even though you may not see the physical changes at first, as long as you meet the health goals the physical changes should follow.
