Hi guys this is my 4th week going on 5th . I’ve missed all last week of working out, haven’t seen a change after the first couple of weeks and i have been late night snacking. I have no energy or motivation to even work out tonight after running errands but ima push . I’m definitely assuming it’s my diet to where I’m not eating enough and then when i do eat a meal and then snack late at night . Any help to help combat this and get me rolling again. I do tend to slack more when i do not see any results. I trying to use a wedding that i will be in in August as a motivation but maybe I’m just too exhausted as well lol . But ima push !
