Week 1 is behind us. Some of you crushed every workout. Some of you got started. Some of you learned where you need to improve. Wherever you are, leave the guilt, excuses, and missed opportunities behind. They do not belong in Week 2.
This week, focus on showing up. Not being perfect. Not doing everything right. Just showing up.
Remember, results don’t come from what we do once. They come from what we do consistently.
