Coach Jamila this workout was amazing🔥🔥🔥🔥. 2026 is the most consistent I’ve been in 6 years. I made my mind up and decided to stick with one or two coaches for the next three months and that is you and Fabi!!! Please make more workouts like this. And can you add in more chest fly, gorilla row, and pullovers please!!!! Burned 416 calories this will be going in my favorites❤️❤️❤️
