Long venting post:

Since I turned 40 in 2021 I have struggled with my weight, motivation, consistency, and eating right. I kept telling my doctor something is wrong with me. Like the food I use to eat no longer tastes good. I completely hate the smell, taste, and look of meat especially chicken. I been living off of processed food and fast food for years. I have watched the scale go up and down but my stomach, back, and breast keep getting bigger. I finally changed doctors and he actually listened and sent me to endocrinology. She did some labs and my thyroid level was high. I am pre diabetic. Which means my health is slowly getting worse. She sent me to a gynecologist I see her next month. She told me it sounds like I am going through perimenopause. She recommended me to start a glp1 but I am not really feeling it. She also gave some info on exercising, eating better, and prioritizing protein and fiber. I always felt something was going on with me but no one would listen. I decided to lock in and get back healthy I refuse to die. I am on week 2 I am down 5 pounds so far but I need movement. I am starting Monday with the power workouts. She told me to focus on strength training and walking. Sorry for the long post I just needed to let it out!!

Day 1 of 150. I feel amazing and I miss her🥹🥹🥹!! Burned 316 calories. My goal is just to get moving, eat better, and lose 35 pounds. Cucumber onion green bean salad. Lean burger 93/7 on a keto bun!!!

Queens I need some suggestions!! I have been doing good with my eating and exercise. Then my job changed my schedule to 10pm-6:30am for the next month. I am literally falling apart. This past week I feel like 💩. I am not getting much sleep, my whole body hurts, I am not eating right nor exercising. I have a constant headache. What can I do to get back right? I am so miserable and I am ready to quit my job. I hate this schedule and it really isn’t working for me. How do anyone working the night shift get right and live a normal life? Please help!!!!

Today is Day 1 for me. I just started after stopping and starting over and over again. I watched my grandfather pass away and took so much from me. I am sick tired of being sick and tired. I woke up this morning and said today is the the day. It wasn’t perfect far as eating wise but I started and I will be better prepared for next week. Fabiana thank you for the suggestion of the weighted vest it is definitely a game changer.

Once the lyc is over will we continue to access to the workouts or are they being removed Fabiana Ferrarini ? So we can continue to do them?
