I have non fitness questions. I been trying to build a daily routine and one the things is getting closer to God! I struggle when it comes to reading the bible. I ordered to different versions. One is the she reads bible and the other is the nlt version. I really like the nlt version. I need some tips suggestions on how to start reading and following the bible. I want to spend at least 15-30 minutes in the morning. Can anyone recommend on how do this and how to get started. Do I pick random chapters or what? Please help?? Fabiana

Week 1 Day 2✅

I really struggled with this one!!! All the planks and pushups. I promise I will try again in a month to see if I can actually do those moves better. Day 2 was definitely harder than day one but I did it and I showed up. Thank you Fabiana for these amazing workouts🔥🔥🔥.

Queens long post, I had a life changing experience yesterday!!! I am thankful for God for bringing me through it!! I drove to work like everyday and I am sitting in my car waiting to go in. My heart starts beating faster and faster. I check my watch and my heart rate was up to 130. I was thinking like what is going on. As I am sitting my heart rate kept climbing. I decided to leave work and drive to the hospital. By time I get there my heart rate is 166 and feeling like passing out. I get into the er and they take me back and they are giving me fluids and drawing blood. My heart rate slowly started coming down. They admitted me and I had to stay overnight. They thought something was wrong with my heart. I got all kinds of test and labs done. They come in my room this morning and let me know my heart isn’t the problem. My a1c was high and I am pre diabetic on the verge of being diabetic. I just sat there and cried. Also my electrolytes were very low. All of this is my own fault. I kept making excuses and kept saying I will start Monday. Several mondays have came and went. I also could’ve had a heart attack or stroke yesterday because I’ve been playing with my health for over 6 years. I am here to tell all you ladies prioritize yourself and your health. In a blink of an eye it can all be over. I been 48 hours with out a cigarette. I got rid of the alcoholic beverages in my home. God did some things this week and they were eye openers. The second thing was this big scare which could’ve been a whole lot worse and the first was bringing me back to Queen warriors. I always paid my membership and never used or use it one or twice and never again. I always got on there and look and got off. But when Fabi came across my social media and I got in the app and seen the new changes she did I was ready but not completely ready as always, that start and never start again and God humbled me. I am off from work for the rest of the week. I go back to work and exercise Monday. Sorry for the long post but please prioritize your health Queens. I been struggling and I am starting this new journey with God first and no more procrastination!!! I love you Queens🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽

This new Summer Shred Challenge got me motivated in more ways than one!!! I absolutely love what Fabiana did with this. This is the old school Queen Warriors from when I first started. I came home from work last night and got rid of all the junk food. I order all new food and got up and meal prepped. I think I finally found what I needed to get back into shape. I have been struggling for years and Fabiana did that for me!!! Thank you so much Queen Warriors for all you do❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️. Thank you for giving me my life back, motivation back!!! I love it here!!!

My exercise has been good but my food is terrible nothing really tastes good anymore. I am over chicken all together. I don’t want to turn to fast food or processed food. And suggestions?

Long venting post:

Since I turned 40 in 2021 I have struggled with my weight, motivation, consistency, and eating right. I kept telling my doctor something is wrong with me. Like the food I use to eat no longer tastes good. I completely hate the smell, taste, and look of meat especially chicken. I been living off of processed food and fast food for years. I have watched the scale go up and down but my stomach, back, and breast keep getting bigger. I finally changed doctors and he actually listened and sent me to endocrinology. She did some labs and my thyroid level was high. I am pre diabetic. Which means my health is slowly getting worse. She sent me to a gynecologist I see her next month. She told me it sounds like I am going through perimenopause. She recommended me to start a glp1 but I am not really feeling it. She also gave some info on exercising, eating better, and prioritizing protein and fiber. I always felt something was going on with me but no one would listen. I decided to lock in and get back healthy I refuse to die. I am on week 2 I am down 5 pounds so far but I need movement. I am starting Monday with the power workouts. She told me to focus on strength training and walking. Sorry for the long post I just needed to let it out!!
