Wow Queen you not playing, thank you for sharing the details and photos definitely motivation. I have to stop playing when it comes to staying hydrated water is hard for me to intake throughout the day but, I will keep trying.

Wtf wow just finished week 1- Day 2 of the #LYC Summer Challenge, I was alike Yvona we gonna fight like she almost killed me. She worked my legs and quads 🔥 Great f**king workout. Lets go #TeamYvona 👏
