Hey gurl,
I know how it feels to feel discouraged and when nothing fits. But, donβt allow yourself to be Iβve about what you see in the mirror for now dig deep into your internal self, give yourself time to have grace and love you first.
You can begin by putting a schedule that will work for you where you can put aside 30 mins and maybe start with 3x a week.
