Honestly, by joining this program and doing HIIT workouts 3x a week. 🤗

That was a great start because I really wanted to establish a routine where exercise became a part of my daily lifestyle.

From there, I increased my workouts to 4x a week and then I eventually added weights

Honestly, I had to stop being afraid of using weights. I love HIIT workouts, but picking up dumbbells and incorporating power workouts were a major game changer for me.

Thanks Queen. I definitely feel you on the discipline and consistency. It’s not the prettiest part of the process. But once you push yourself through that first time when you don’t feel like working out or eating right - it’s a powerful feeling. 🙌🏾

Hey Queen!

There’s about a two & a half year difference between these pictures. But it’s due to my lack of consistency (I had to re-dedicate myself to the journey many times).

Also, I lost a significant amount of weight, and then I realized that I wanted to build muscle. So it’s definitely been a journey.

Happy New Year Queens! Just checking in - I saw this photo of myself and it definitely lit a fire in me 😬. I took some time off, but it’s time to refocus and get back to to work. I’m focusing on nutrition & daily movement
