Hey Queens 😕, Coach Jamila here. Just popping on here to say that I miss you Queens so much. I’m recovering from a small fracture in my left foot. I’m hoping to be back working out with you ladies sooner than later.

Idk about you Queens - but Saturdays are a challenge for me. We put in all this hard work during the week and then here comes brunch, family outings… so many things that could throw us off our routine.
Life is all about balance of course - but what are some things you do to keep you on track with your health goals over the weekend?
