I wanted to ask the community, what matters most to you when choosing your workouts on Queen Warriors? Feel free to leave your feedback below.
(It could be anything from music, to already having a coach preference, ) I’m doing some research and I wanted to hear your thoughts.

Thank you for voting on yesterday’s poll! I closed it because today’s 5 & 5:30pm classes will have a mix of both choices.

Hey Queens 😕, Coach Jamila here. Just popping on here to say that I miss you Queens so much. I’m recovering from a small fracture in my left foot. I’m hoping to be back working out with you ladies sooner than later.
With that being said, happy hump day Queens. Have an amazing day 🩷
