It’s okay! It happens to all of us - but the important part is, you’re being intentional about making a plan to keep going.
Set a goal that’s feasible for you. If it’s starting out with three-30 minute sessions a week that’s great. Once you’re comfortable, then see how you can challenge yourself. 🫶🏾
