Hey Queen,

It’s okay! It happens to all of us - but the important part is, you’re being intentional about making a plan to keep going.

Set a goal that’s feasible for you. If it’s starting out with three-30 minute sessions a week that’s great. Once you’re comfortable, then see how you can challenge yourself. 🫶🏾

The way I see it, it looks like you’re looking to build endurance. I see nothing wrong with going on a walk on your rest days or even after your Queen Warrior workouts. Do listen to your body though- marathons are no joke.

Main focus should be building endurance but also your nutrition 🙌🏾 (Hope this helps)

Hey Queen!

I agree, it’s recommended to do some walking and get some stretching in. If your legs are overly sore, maybe skip a day of hardcore work or go for an upper body workout.

Hey Queen, I totally understand your frustration, we all go through those times when it seems like we aren’t losing weight. But don’t be discouraged! The results of the daily efforts you’re making won’t always show up on the scale.

Give yourself a little more time and grace. Also, take weekly progress photos. The results are happening Queen! Even if the scale isn’t moving 🙌🏾🫶🏾
