Thank you for having this one here🥰. As a mommy to be i feel comfortable and more confident that I can do these exercises and my trainer is in the same predicament as me, being prego is not an excuse to not work out, Thank you!

I’m new to this. Has anyone here done this program pregnant? I already have some experience working out but looking to lose weight while pregnant or atleast not gain, I can’t not afford to get any bigger I’m 234 . I’m early on any advice?

Has any one done this program pregnant? I’m big and just found out I’m pregnant and looking to go from 234 to atleast 200 healthy. I have a little bit of exercise experience just inconsistent and now I’m ready to be recommitted. I can not affords to gain any more weight during this pregnancy. Any advice?
