He queen I used it for about 3 months and honestly I didn’t see a difference. They flavor it and honestly I didn’t like the flavors and it was kind of expensive… honestly I use one off on Amazon and it for me is working great! Jus my opinion queen!

I’m a chef so no, I do stand in one spot a lot of the day. I’m a very active women and I’m only 28 my lower back pain has been with me for years now. I’ve done dance 16 years of my younger life, I moved to AZ in 2020 and stopped dancing and needed to stay active, so I saw a post of you Fabi on Instagram actually and started working out with you and been with you since 2021 I believe.! Love the program and would recommend to any women!!!

But over the past few years, my lower back pain has been getting worse, I stretch daily and try to workout 3x a week but sometimes by back won’t let me because it’s so bad, so I’ve been really doing the stretching videos!
