Hey Queens, happy Saturday!! Just finished my last LYC class today!!! Even tho you can’t Physically see the results, I feel happier, healthier, & stronger within these last 4 weeks!!

I’m a chef so I work weekends & im normally a few days behind on videos, but we’re here & finished our challenge!! So happy with how the classes were!

You’ll be seeing me in the next challenges to come! Thanks so much Fabi, I couldn’t do it without you & your motivation ❤️

Good afternoon Queens!! I’ve been with Queen Warriors for about 4 years now and I love it. Recently my back has been getting worse and worse and I’ve been stretching a lot more recently!

Is there anyway Fabiana and team, if you could do some more stretching videos?!
