Iโ€™ve been doing lots of old replays too. The schedule just hasnโ€™t been the same and itโ€™s been hard to adjust ๐Ÿ˜•Iโ€™ve been trying my best to adjust to the new setup. ๐Ÿ˜ž

Hi ladies

Does anyone take creatine? If so, Whatโ€™s your experience with it? I keep reading mixed reviews. ๐Ÿ˜•lately my measurements have stayed the same and I would like to gain a little more muscle, Iโ€™m not looking to bulk up. Iโ€™ve increased weights, I use ankle and wrist weight, I eat good, never skip meals, take my protein powders too. I feel I might need some creatine now, but like I said Iโ€™ve read some good and some really bad reviews too about taking creatine. I appreciate any input.
