Hi ladies

Does anyone take creatine? If so, What’s your experience with it? I keep reading mixed reviews. 😕lately my measurements have stayed the same and I would like to gain a little more muscle, I’m not looking to bulk up. I’ve increased weights, I use ankle and wrist weight, I eat good, never skip meals, take my protein powders too. I feel I might need some creatine now, but like I said I’ve read some good and some really bad reviews too about taking creatine. I appreciate any input.

A Herrera I woke up crying. Praying for a miracle, for rain. I just want it to rain. I’ve been wearing my mask too, the air is unbearable. One think about people in l.a we all in our hearts are a community and always help out one form or another, wealthy or not. L.A is a giant heart. Keep me posted. Stay safe. 🌧️💔🧯🙏🏽

Hi queen! Be safe! I’m in the East Hollywood area. These fires have been devastating and heartbreaking 💔 my heart goes out to everyone who’s lost their homes, my heart breaks for the wildlife that’s frightened and all the pets. I’ve just so sad about everything. So many lost jobs, people out of work the list goes on, the air quality…It’s just a heartbreaking situation. Be safe! 💔my heart goes to all the brave firefighters! They deserve the world
