I have not had allergies like this.. im talking about “im coming in the name of Jesus” and its allergy meds !! Boy o Boy but God is good ALLL the TIME.

Either way happy Thursday . Hope you are feeling empowered, feeling motivated, most importantly BLESSED !! Everyday that we wake up is a true blessing. Queens, in the middle of all the doing, striving, and pushing forward—don’t forget to pause. 🌿 Life is beautiful, but sometimes we move so fast that we miss the magic happening in the little moments.

My beautiful Queens, as we close a beautiful chapter with Coach Raven, my heart is full of both gratitude and reflection. For the past three years, Raven has been more than just a coach—she's been a light, a motivator, and a true embodiment of the Queen Warrior spirit. Her presence has moved this community, empowered so many of you to step into your strength, and made every class feel like a celebration of life and movement.

Transitions like these are never easy, but they are a necessary part of growth—for individuals and for the community as a whole. At Queen Warriors, we believe in celebrating our team members not only when they show up but also when it’s their time to move on. It’s a reminder that change, though sometimes uncomfortable, is essential for evolution.

Raven’s departure is a moment to pause, honor the season we’ve shared, and trust in the greater plan God has for all of us. We may not always understand the why, but we stand in faith, knowing that He is in control, guiding every transition with purpose and love.

As we move forward, the mission of Queen Warriors remains unchanged—to make health and wellness accessible to all women, to empower you through fitness, community, and faith, and to create a space where transformation goes beyond the physical.
