Leg extensions 3x10

Hamstring curls 3x10

Squats 3x10

Fire hydrant 3x10

Side leg lifts 2 x 10

Glute bridges 3x10

Single leg RDLs 3x10

Wall sits 3 x 30 seconds

Deadbugs 3 x 10

Treadmill 20 mins

It was a solid workout day
