Queens,HUGE congratulations to our LYC ladies !

We did it. 6 weeks… complete.

And what I’m most proud of isn’t just the physical transformations, it’s who you became in the process.

The discipline you built.

The mindset shifts you made.

The way you showed up on the days you didn’t feel like it.

The stories I’ve witnessed, the breakthroughs, the confidence that’s been rebuilt… it’s powerful. And the way this community supported each other? That changed everything.

This wasn’t just about workouts.

Lets do it !!!!!!!

We are moving everyday !!!! Workouts Monday. Wednesday and Friday Strenght training . Tuesday and Thursday cardio 30 mins . Saturday and Sunday we are walking , and stretching !
