Hey boo. So grateful to have you back ! Last year did really feel like we got a beaten lol but 2025 is different. Utilize you QW app calendar and schedule your workouts for the week. Lets back on track like we never left. I would also take it a step further and use your google calendar or your apple calendar and schedule a 1 hour slot during your day dedicated to your workout. Set reminder and turn that alarm on babyyy and lets do this

We not gonna focus on the past⦠time to grind and get back to it because YOU DESERVE it⦠so my advice is schedule your workout classes right on the Queen Warrior App ⦠and then take a moment to schedule a 1 hour slot on your google or apple calendar. Remember what does not get schedule .. just doesnāt get done ! You got this boo
